6		Chicken pieces
1	cn	Cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1	c	Cooking sherry
1	cn	Cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 1/2	c	Grated Colby longhorn cheese

Place chicken pieces in a greased flat pan. Mix together in a separate bowl the soups and cooking sherry, stirring well. Pour over chicken. Top with grated cheese. Serve over rice. Leftovers freeze well.
